This service is typically scheduled in October, but we monitor weather conditions and schedule ahead of low temperatures to avoid freeze damage should a premature cold snap occur. Like the system activation service, we require that an adult be home during the winterization so that we can access the control panel (typically located in your garage) and water line (typically located in your basement). We understand that you are busy, so we will contact you ahead of time to schedule a winterization appointment that works for you!
