Aeration and seeding is a service that we offer annually to make sure your lawn is always healthy and fresh!
We use superior grade equipment for this service that aerates with 9 holes per square foot, allowing the roots of your lawn to breathe easily! After the aeration, we apply a specialty seed blend that has been optimized to provide the best growth. This service is usually scheduled in August or September of each year. Many companies schedule aeration services later in the fall. We start earlier than some of our competitors to ensure the new grass can establish itself before winter, but we do monitor weather conditions so we can perform this service at the optimal time for the best results!
Once your service is scheduled, we will contact you to let you know and to confirm whether you have any enhancements such as irrigation, dog fencing, or shallow pipes. We require these enhancements to be marked prior to service to avoid damages. If you need flags to mark the enhancements yourself let us know and we can drop them off for you, or if you need help marking your systems, we can arrange for you to meet our technician and we can mark them for you. If you mark your system for us or do not have any enhancements, you will not need to be home. After your service is complete, we will send watering instructions to help you best care for your new seed.
