AI is good, but it’s not perfect! A human member of the West County Landscaping team is reviewing your property measurements and order details right now. We will notify you immediately if we see any necessary adjustments based on yard difficulty or scope of work.

🗓️ Scheduling

Since our work is at the mercy of the Missouri weather, our schedule shifts frequently. Because of this, we don’t typically send arrival alerts for most services. However, if you’ve signed up for irrigation, aeration, or other specialty services that require access or specific timing, we will reach out personally to coordinate a date with you.

💰 Billing

Unless we’ve chatted about a different setup, we’ll bill you after your services are completed. Most of our clients prefer monthly billing via email, but if you’d rather receive a paper statement in the mail or have invoices sent to a different address, just say the word.
