There is some important billing information to review before we move forward.

 

If you have worked with us before: 

Keep an eye out for a separate email confirming the last four digits of the card we currently have on file. That email will give you a quick way to update your details if you’d like to use a different card.

If you’re a new client:

You’ll receive a separate email with a secure link to add your card information. We can only see the last four digits and the expiration date – your data is safe! If you’d prefer to do that over the phone, feel free to give us a call at 314-494-8863.

Scheduling

Since our work is at the mercy of the Missouri weather, our schedule shifts frequently. Because of this, we don’t typically send arrival alerts for most services. However, if you’ve signed up for irrigation, aeration, or other specialty services that require access or specific timing, we will reach out personally to coordinate a date with you.

Billing

Unless we’ve chatted about a different setup, we’ll bill you after your services are completed. Most of our clients prefer monthly billing via email, but if you’d rather receive a paper statement in the mail or have invoices sent to a different address, just say the word.
